Saratoga Thoroughbred Track Rental

Our home was built to be a home away from home, and caters to the visiting traveler. Five bedrooms, three full baths, great room and kitchen, plus a 2 car garage and laundry room on the 2nd floor. The first floor level features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room area, as well as two bedrooms and a full bath. On the second floor, our expansive master suite offers a large Queen bed, plenty of living space, a full bath with ceramic tile, a double head 5 foot shower, granite counters and the largest walk in closet & sitting room in the Neighborhood! The second floor includes two more bedrooms, another full bath with tub/shower combo and a laundry room. Tastefully furnished, the home is fully stocked with kitchen supplies and dishware. Flat screen TV, cable, wifi and central air. Rear patio with BBQ grill and outdoor seating is perfect for small gatherings. Just minutes from Interstate 87 exits 13 and 14, this home is easy to access from almost anywhere. Just minutes to Downtown Saratoga, where shops, parks and nightlife await. Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Saratoga State Park, site of the original Roosevelt Baths, world class golf, the Victoria Pool and hundreds of acres of recreation is just blocks to the west. We are a pet friendly location, however if you intend to bring an animal please speak with us in advance, thank you.

THE FIRST FLOOR OF THIS HOME IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. Garage entrance is completely on grade all the way into the house. Gurests who choose to do so may enjoy first floor living with 2 bedrooms, full bath and common area / kitchen. All guests have exclusive use of the entire home, driveway and yard.

*What we provide: Our beds are nicely appointed with high quality cotton sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bed covers, pillows, paper products, etc. The AirBnb selection menu groups “towels” with these items, and we wanted to be sure to clarify we do NOT provide bath towels, wash cloths etc, for sanitary reasons. If you need something due to the limitions of your travel arrangements, please let us know in advance.

For the Saratoga Thoroughbred Racing season, we are booking a minimum of 5 night stay please. However, there may be exceptions – please feel free to reach out to us if you have a shorter stay in mind. Thank you!
PET POLICY – If you would like to bring an animal, please do inquire first. Our preference is that pets stay home or with a caring family or friend. We do not allow more than one animal per reservation. Dogs must not be left unattended unless crated, and are strictly prohibited from furniture and bedding. Guests must clean up after the pet both inside and out of the home. Maximum size dog permitted is 70 lbs. Guests are responsible for the pet fee of $195 per resrvation, and for any for ensuring that the home and grounds are kept clear of pet “business” or other messes.
